Produced in limited quantities, this olive oil is crafted from the 80 olive trees located on the estate, surrounding the vineyards and the property in Gigondas. A true expression of the Provençal terroir, it embodies the intimate bond between the land, the Mediterranean climate, and the estate’s expertise.
Harvested exclusively by hand at full maturity, the olives are pressed immediately after picking using cold extraction to preserve all the aromatic finesse and natural richness of the oil. Cultivated without any chemical treatments, the olive trees draw their character from a preserved natural environment.
Upon tasting, the oil reveals a beautiful, clear golden hue. The nose is delicate, marked by notes of ripe olive and garrigue (Mediterranean scrubland). On the palate, the texture is smooth and perfectly balanced, offering an elegant roundness and a harmonious finish.
